I’m trying to raise $12,000 for NMPolitics.net by April 30. Thus far, I’ve raised $6,785.
Those who gave last week include Joel Carson of Roswell, Mathew Muñoz of Albuquerque, Emanuele Corso of Peñasco, Martin Kretzmann of Las Cruces and Ellen Wedum of Cloudcroft. I’m so thankful to them and others who have made donations.
This site is partially funded through advertising sales, but it also takes this annual fundraising drive to keep the site going. Your donations are critical to the future of NMPolitics.net.
There are so few truly independent news sources in New Mexico. My aim with NMPolitics.net is to run a site that isn’t afraid to watchdog or call out anyone – Democrat, Republican or otherwise. At the same time, through the site’s commentary section, I try to foster a productive debate that includes diverse voices. Even those officials who NMPolitics.net watchdogs are welcome to participate.
I’m passionate about this site, and, so far, 82 others have shown that they’re also passionate enough about it to give money to help keep it going.
Any amount helps. So far this year, the smallest donation has been $10 and the largest has been $250. Your contribution makes a difference.
You can make a one-time contribution in any amount or sign up to make automatic, monthly contributions of $10 or $20. Those who sign up to make monthly contributions or give a one-time donation of at least $120 will receive a monthly newsletter containing exclusive analysis and interesting tidbits about what’s happening in New Mexico and news about NMPolitics.net.
Please, visit nmpolitics.net/contribute today and make a donation. Thank you for your support!
