Bill Richardson is on his way this week to <st1:city st=\"on\">Washington<\/st1:city>, <st1:state st=\"on\">D.C.<\/st1:state> and then <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:state st=\"on\">New Hampshire<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">His schedule sure looks like that of one who is running for president.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">In D.C., <st1:city st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:city> will attend a New Mexico-Chihuahua border governors meeting today and will formally announce that the <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Kansas<\/st1:place><\/st1:state> governor will take over as chair of the Democratic Governors Association.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">On Thursday, he\u2019s set to lay out his national immigration policy reform plan at <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">Georgetown<\/st1:placename>  <st1:placetype st=\"on\">University<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place>. On Friday, he\u2019ll attend a meeting to talk about energy independence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:city st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:city> will return to <st1:city st=\"on\">Santa Fe<\/st1:city> for the weekend, then will fly next week to <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:state st=\"on\">New Hampshire<\/st1:state><\/st1:place> to make his first post-election appearance there, according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abqjournal.com\/news\/state\/518453nm12-06-06.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Albuquerque Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Richardson, his campaign manager said, was invited by numerous candidates in that state who his campaign helped finance. The governor\u2019s 2006 re-election campaign is paying for the trip.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The Journal reports that <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New Hampshire<\/st1:place><\/st1:state> is crowded with Democratic presidential hopefuls. One has already visited since the election. Two others will visit in the coming days, as will the wife of another.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> says he\u2019ll make an announcement in January on whether he\u2019ll run for president. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As other 2008 presidential hopefuls are already starting up campaigns, the yet-to-announce Gov.
