Write-in candidates must declare by Jan. 2.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Feb. 6. There will be five polling locations in each district.
