Things got even worse this morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">U.S. Rep. Heather Wilson found two heavily Republican precincts in her district that received one tenth of the paper ballots they were supposed to get, according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abqtrib.com\/news\/2006\/nov\/07\/wilson-republicans-cry-foul-precincts-run-out-ball\/\" target=\"_blank\">Albuquerque Tribune<\/a>. They should have received 1,500 and 1,700, respectively but instead got 150 and 170.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/5892\/2386\/1600\/Madrid%2C%20Patricia.19.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/5892\/2386\/200\/Madrid%2C%20Patricia.19.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Both ran out early this morning, leaving voters without ballots for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cThe county clerk has taken steps to disenfranchise Republican voters,\u201d Pat Rogers, an attorney for the Republican Party, said, according to the Tribune. According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lcsun-news.com\/news\/ci_4617888\" target=\"_blank\">Las Cruces Sun-News<\/a>, a spokesman for Sen. Pete Domenici said a lawsuit could be filed over the dispute even before the polls close today.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">If <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Wilson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> wins, there may not be a need.
