Church Street<\/a>. On weekdays, hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturdays, hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>There is no early voting on Sundays.<\/p>\n<p>To request an absentee ballot, call (575) 541-2115. Such ballots must be received by the clerk\u2019s office by 7 p.m. on Election Day.<\/p>\n<p>There are six candidates vying for three seats on the council in the Nov. 3 election.<\/p>\n<p>In the District 3 race, Mayor Pro-Tem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.las-cruces.org\/council\/district3.shtm\">Dolores C. Archuleta<\/a> is being challenged by <a href=\"http:\/\/olgapedroza.org\/\">Olga Pedroza<\/a>. In the District 5 race, Councilor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.giljonesforcouncil.com\/\">Gil Jones<\/a> is being challenged by Gill M. Sorg. In the District 6 race, Councilor <a href=\"http:\/\/councilorsharonthomas.com\/\">Sharon K. Thomas<\/a> is being challenged by <a href=\"http:\/\/citizensforharbison.com\/views.html\">James W.
