They are:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u2022 Constitutional Amendment 1: Repeal constitutional provision prohibiting ownership of land by persons not eligible for citizenship.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u2022 Constitutional Amendment 2: Exempt financial obligations incurred under certain lease-purchase agreements from the cap on indebtedness for the state and for school districts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u2022 Constitutional Amendment 3: Create the water trust fund to support projects that will preserve and protect the state\u2019s water supply.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u2022 Constitutional Amendment 4: Permit state funds to be used for paying for the cost of land acquisition and the cost of construction or renovation of affordable housing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Detailed descriptions of each proposal and arguments for and against them have been compiled by the Legislative Council Service.
