Heather Wilson trailing Democratic challenger Patricia Madrid 50-40 percent in the <st1:place st=\"on\">Central  New Mexico<\/st1:place> district.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The poll was one of 15 released today that show Democrats leading Republicans in 11 of 15 races for seats that are currently Republican controlled, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zogby.com\/news\/ReadNews.dbm?ID=1176\" target=\"_blank\">Zogby<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The polls, conducted between Sept. 25 and Oct. 2, each surveyed more than 500 people and have a margin of error of 4.5 percentage points.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/5892\/2386\/1600\/Wilson%2C%20Heather.4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/5892\/2386\/200\/Wilson%2C%20Heather.4.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>The poll comes out days after an Albuquerque Journal <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abqjournal.com\/news\/state\/497895nm10-01-06.htm\" target=\"_blank\">poll<\/a> showed <st1:city st=\"on\">Wilson<\/st1:city> and <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Madrid<\/st1:place><\/st1:state> tied, each with 44 percent of the vote. That poll was conducted before the recent sex scandal involving former Rep. Mark Foley of <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Florida<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>.
