That\u2019s about three times the number of people who usually vote in the polls.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Incumbent Garrison received 197 votes, or 54 percent.
