Bill Richardson is out of the state again.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">He\u2019s in <st1:city st=\"on\">Austin<\/st1:city>, <st1:state st=\"on\">Texas<\/st1:state> today to participate in a meeting of border governors from the <st1:country-region st=\"on\">United States<\/st1:country-region> and <st1:country-region st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>, according to a news release from the governor\u2019s office. He\u2019s then headed to <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:city st=\"on\">Aspen<\/st1:city>, <st1:state st=\"on\">Colo.<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>, to take part in a weekend conference for the Democratic Governor\u2019s Association, which he chairs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">While in Austin, Richardson and Calif. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will introduce a resolution they are sponsoring on border security and immigration that declares a commitment of governors on both sides of the border to work together to solve problems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:city st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:city> will return Sunday afternoon to <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>. The association is paying for the trip to <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Aspen<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gov.
