The accounts are set up in the name of \u201cHatch Flood Victims.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">If you can\u2019t give time, maybe you can give a bit of money.
