That event will be held at 10 a.m. in the atrium in <a href=\"http:\/\/map.nmsu.edu\/index.php?build=OH\" target=\"_blank\">O\u2019Donnell Hall<\/a> on the New Mexico State University campus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">While at NMSU, Richardson will deliver a speech on the new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gibill.va.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">G.I. Bill<\/a>. That event will be held at 11 a.m. at the <a href=\"http:\/\/map.nmsu.edu\/index.php?build=EC3\" target=\"_blank\">Foreman Engineering Complex<\/a> on campus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">At noon, Richardson will speak at a chamber of commerce luncheon.
