And why did it spend $26,000 on consultants?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">These are questions probed in an article by reporter Steve Terrell that is published today in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.santafenewmexican.com\/Local%20News\/Campaign-s-end-doesn-t-stop-fundraising\" target=\"_blank\">The Santa Fe New Mexican<\/a>.
