Now all he needs is to get formal permission from the chairs of those committees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Kintigh said he asked Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmlegis.gov\/lcs\/legdetails.aspx?SPONCODE=HPARK\" target=\"_blank\">Al Park<\/a>, D-Albuquerque and Judiciary chairman, on Friday and was told to put his request in writing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cI got no indication Rep. Park was opposed, he just said that was the policy,\u201d Kintigh wrote in an e-mail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Kintigh, R-Roswell, plans to put the request in writing on Monday. As of his Friday e-mail to me, he had not yet asked Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmlegis.gov\/lcs\/legdetails.aspx?SPONCODE=HSTEW\" target=\"_blank\">Mimi Stewart<\/a>, D-Albuquerque and chairwoman of Health and Government Affairs, if she would allow webcasting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Webcasting House committee meetings has been formally allowed at the discretion of committee chairs ever since the House <a href=\"http:\/\/haussamen.blogspot.com\/2009\/02\/house-oks-audio-webcasting.html\">approved a rule<\/a> earlier in the session that also authorized official audio webcasts from the House floor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Judiciary is scheduled to meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1:30 p.m. Health and Government Affairs is scheduled to meet Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Kintigh will be webcasting through the same Web site as Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmlegis.gov\/lcs\/legdetails.aspx?SPONCODE=HARNO\" target=\"_blank\">Janice Arnold-Jones<\/a>, R-Albuquerque.
