It\u2019s the next step in the push for video and audio webcasting from the House and Senate &#8212; something Democratic and Republican leaders in both chambers have rejected for years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a href=\"http:\/\/kunm.org\/view.php?cat=homeupdates&amp;id=EkFFpFZVEVrIXdlWFS&amp;contentstyle=Content&amp;catstyle=Cat&amp;pagetitle=Live%20stream%20from%20the%20State%20Capitol\" target=\"_blank\">A posting<\/a> on the radio station\u2019s Web site explains the reason for the audio webcast:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cNew Mexico remains one of only five states that do not offer some type of webcasting of legislative proceedings,\u201d the posting states. \u201cKUNM believes that has to change. Until the end of the current session on March 21st, log on to <a href=\"http:\/\/kunm.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">kunm.org<\/a> for live floor debate from the Senate, as well as occasional House and committee debates.
