Republican Janice Arnold-Jones\u2019<\/a> strongest fundraising reporting period yet was dwarfed by Democrat Michelle Lujan Grisham\u2019s<\/a> fundraising in the 1st Congressional District race.<\/p>\n

In the quarter that ended June 30, Grisham raised more than $459,000 while Arnold-Jones raised just under $113,000. Grisham ended the reporting period with more than $203,000 to Arnold-Jones\u2019 $78,000.<\/p>\n

In the most recent reporting period, which ran from May 17 to June 30, Grisham raised just over $353,000, which included a $60,000 loan from herself, according to her report<\/a>. Arnold-Jones raised a little more than $70,000, according to her report<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Arnold-Jones has struggled to raise money, and this was her best fundraising quarter to date.<\/p>\n

2nd District race<\/h3>\n

Meanwhile, in Southern New Mexico\u2019s 2nd Congressional District race, Republican incumbent Steve Pearce<\/a> raised more than $223,000 between May 17 and June 30, according to his report<\/a>. He ended the reporting period with almost $815,000 on hand.<\/p>\n

His Democratic challenger, Evelyn Madrid Erhard<\/a>, raised a little more than $14,000 and ended the reporting period with $3,481.35, according to her report<\/a>.<\/p>\n

3rd District race<\/h3>\n

And in Northern New Mexico\u2019s 3rd Congressional District race, Democratic incumbent Ben Ray Luj\u00e1n<\/a> raised just under $103,000 between May 17 and June 30, according to his report<\/a>. He ended the reporting period with $416,000 on hand.<\/p>\n

His Republican challenger, Jeff Byrd<\/a>, raised just under $7,500 and ended the reporting period with $919.93, according to his report<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
