But there\u2019s no provision prohibiting candidates from spending previously-raised money from other races on a PRC campaign.<\/p>\n<p>The story was first reported <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abqjournal.com\/main\/2012\/05\/25\/biz\/prc-dist-1-primary-opponents-attack-park.html\" target=\"_blank\">by the Albuquerque Journal<\/a>, which also raised another question about Park:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cynthiabhallforprc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cynthia Hall<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.karenlmontoya.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Karen Montoya<\/a>, who are running publicly financed campaigns \u2013 each was allotted $30,533 allotment from the state \u2013 also question a contract Park\u2019s law firm has with the state Risk Management Division and how it might affect his actions if elected to the PRC.
