That\u2019s with 19 percent of precincts reporting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Democrat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.martinheinrich.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Martin Heinrich<\/a> is leading Republican <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darrenwhiteforcongress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Darren White<\/a> in the 1st District race 53 percent to 47 percent. That\u2019s with about 69,000 votes counted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Democrat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.benrlujan.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ben Ray Luj\u00e1n<\/a> will win the 3rd District race.
