Heinrich wants White to stop running the ad because, he says, it\u2019s full of \u201cbrazen lies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Here\u2019s the 30-second spot:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><object width=\"420\" height=\"340\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/GLQFnTRhm6w&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1\"><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/GLQFnTRhm6w&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" width=\"420\" height=\"340\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cMartin Heinrich. He broke the law to hide his past. Like his partnership with <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dave_Foreman\" target=\"_blank\">Dave Foreman<\/a>,\u201d the ad\u2019s narrator states. \u201cConvicted of attempting to sabotage a nuclear power plant, (Foreman) is known as the \u2018most dangerous environmentalist in <st1:country-region st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">America<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cHeinrich co-founded an extremist group with Foreman. Then he lobbied illegally while on city council. Now, Heinrich\u2019s groups are under federal investigation,\u201d the narrator states. \u201cMartin Heinrich: disgraceful, dishonorable, extreme.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The ad is the culmination of all the negative attacks against Heinrich during the campaign. The Heinrich campaign denounced the ad in a news release as \u201can outrageous, extreme television ad personally attacking Martin Heinrich and echoing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.johnmccain.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">John McCain\u2019s<\/a> failed Swift Boat-style attacks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cThis is another in a long series of ads that demonstrate that Darren White is a man with no sense of honor who will do anything to win,\u201d Jason Burke, Heinrich campaign spokesman, said in the release. \u201c\u2026 It\u2019s been too long since Darren White has done the right thing, but he has one last opportunity to act with integrity, take down this ad, and maybe salvage his future in New Mexico politics.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Click <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darrenwhiteforcongress.com\/index.php?mact=News,cntnt01,detail,0&amp;cntnt01articleid=50&amp;cntnt01origid=69&amp;cntnt01returnid=73\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> to read what White says are the facts that back up the ad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Republican 1st Congressional District candidate Darren White is out in the final days of the campaign with an ad hammering Democratic opponent Martin Heinrich as an extremist and law-breaker.
