\"\"<\/a>The Mesilla Plaza<\/a> will be the location of Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden\u2019s<\/a> Friday rally in southern New Mexico, Barack Obama\u2019s<\/a> campaign announced tonight. <\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

The \u201cChange We Need\u201d rally is open to the public and is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m., according to a news release from the Obama campaign. The area will be open to the public beginning at 11:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Tickets aren\u2019t required, but the campaign encourages people to RSVP, which you can do by clicking here<\/a>. In addition, according to the release, a number of \u201cpreferred viewing tickets\u201d are available on a first-come, first-served basis at four Obama campaign offices:<\/p>\n
