Bill Richardson and others to enact meaningful ethics reform next year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Out of 93 voters, 62, or 67 percent, said our state\u2019s leaders will pass new laws that accomplish nothing. 21, or 23 percent, said they won\u2019t do anything, and 10, or 11 percent, said they\u2019ll enact new laws that help successfully change the state\u2019s political culture.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Don\u2019t forget to vote in this week\u2019s poll.
