Another independent, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carolmillercongress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Carol Miller<\/a>, remains on the ballot along with Democrat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.benrlujan.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ben Ray Luj\u00e1n<\/a> and Republican <a href=\"http:\/\/www.daneast4congress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dan East<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">There\u2019s also a write-in candidate, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/davestarrforcongress\" target=\"_blank\">Dave Starr<\/a>, the news service reported.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Independent Ron Simmons has dropped out of the 3rd Congressional District race.
