There is no immediate word on why Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>\u2019s speech was removed from tonight\u2019s schedule. As reported by NMFBIHOP<\/a>, who is at the convention, Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> was on the schedule until the last minute. Conchita Cruz, spokeswoman for the Democratic Party of New Mexico, said Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> will speak Thursday. She said the time will be announced in the morning.<\/p>\n

Asked why Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> was bumped from tonight\u2019s schedule, Cruz said this: \u201cWe will have more details in the morning.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Democratic National Convention Committee<\/a> said in a news release that Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> will speak Thursday at INVESCO Field at Mile High. Convention spokeswoman Jenni Engebretsen said an \u201centhusiastic audience response\u201d led to a \u201clong-running schedule\u201d tonight, so convention organizers asked Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> to speak Thursday instead.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe will be speaking to 75,000 people and a nationally televised audience,\u201d Engebretsen said.<\/p>\n
