By contrast, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dccc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee<\/a> has reserved $1.3 million in advertising on broadcast stations for the race in September and October, and is already up on cable with <a href=\"http:\/\/haussamen.blogspot.com\/2008\/08\/dccc-unveils-tv-ad-attacking-white.html\">this ad<\/a> attacking White.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_IabUCQmoheQ\/SLWoj9UY8hI\/AAAAAAAAIgU\/p3r9WaJ0fkA\/s1600-h\/Heinrich,+Martin.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_IabUCQmoheQ\/SLWoj9UY8hI\/AAAAAAAAIgU\/p3r9WaJ0fkA\/s200\/Heinrich,+Martin.jpg\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5239279077224411666\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/stories\/0808\/12864.html\" target=\"_blank\">The Politico<\/a> is reporting today that the NRCC is \u201cplaying defense\u201d with its advertising plan. It has reserved airtime in 14 media markets, and 11 are in districts currently held by Republicans, including <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New   Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>\u2019s 1st District.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">That\u2019s at least in part because the DCCC has some $40 million more in the bank than does the NRCC.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The DCCC has also reserved $1.2 million in airtime for <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>\u2019s 2nd District race between Republican <a href=\"http:\/\/www.edtinsleyforcongress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ed Tinsley<\/a> and Democrat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.harryforcongress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Harry Teague<\/a>.
