Baca, who faced a primary while <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Lyons<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> did not, has $6,977 in the bank, and an unpaid debt of $12,100 to himself.<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/5892\/2386\/1600\/Lyons%2C%20Pat.0.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/5892\/2386\/200\/Lyons%2C%20Pat.0.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>The poll has Baca up with 38 percent of the vote to Lyons\u2019 33 percent, and 29 percent undecided. Among those registered independent of a political party, Baca has 34 percent of the vote to <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Lyons<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>\u2019 22 percent, with 43 percent undecided, according to the poll.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Lyons<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> faces a name-recognition problem, the poll found, even though he\u2019s been in office for four years. Some 70 percent of voters have no opinion of him or have never heard of him. Baca is a former land commissioner, <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:city st=\"on\">Albuquerque<\/st1:city><\/st1:place> mayor and head of the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The poll was conducted by Lake Research Partners by phone from June 27-29.
