McCain will apparently spend the night of July 14 in New Mexico<\/st1:state>, because he\u2019s also holding a private fundraiser<\/a> a week from today at the Albuquerque<\/st1:city><\/st1:place> home of car dealer Ken Zangara.<\/p>\n

The town-hall meeting will be held at Hotel Albuquerque<\/a> in Old<\/st1:placename> Town<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place>, according to McCain\u2019s Web site<\/a>. The site doesn\u2019t state whether the event will be open to the public or by invitation only. It also doesn\u2019t state what time the event will begin, but says doors will open at 8:45 a.m.<\/p>\n

The McCain campaign has released no additional details about the event.<\/p>\n

This will be McCain\u2019s second 2008 campaign trip to New Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>. He was in Albuquerque<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> on Memorial Day. Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama<\/a> has made two trips to New Mexico<\/st1:state> \u2013 one to Albuquerque<\/st1:city> and Santa Fe<\/st1:city> and the other to Las Cruces<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>.<\/p>\n
