They also agreed that the state retirees\u2019 health-coverage pool needs reform, and that they all support insurance reform.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The last is a broad topic, and how to reform the system has caused widespread disagreement in <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Santa   Fe<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>. But if lawmakers can find compromise on electronic records and reform of the retirees\u2019 pool &#8212; or even one of those topics &#8212; the special session <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> said last week he\u2019ll call later this summer is one he will probably declare a success.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gov.
