The independent AP tally is historically faster than and just as accurate as the Secretary of State\u2019s tally.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Teague has declared victory in this race, but the reality is that it\u2019s too close to call.
