In case you missed it, here\u2019s the full debate, courtesy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knme.org\/blogger\/2008\/05\/wilsonpearce-debate-watch-live.html\" target=\"_blank\">KNME-TV<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Part 1<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<p><center><embed flashvars=\"autoplay=false\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ustream.tv\/flash\/video\/421681\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" height=\"260\" width=\"320\"><\/embed><\/center><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Part 2<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<p><center><embed flashvars=\"autoplay=false\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ustream.tv\/flash\/video\/421776\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" height=\"260\" width=\"320\"><\/embed><\/center><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Pearce declared victory afterward, with a news release from his campaign stating that he \u201cwon handily\u201d and \u201cshowed why he is the candidate who best represents <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>\u2019s conservative values and will fight for the interests of New Mexicans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Wilson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>, meanwhile, claimed in a news release that Pearce \u201cfailed to explain the vote he cast this week to severely weaken the state\u2019s dairy industry.\u201d She was referring to a controversy over a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agweekly.com\/articles\/2008\/05\/18\/news\/ag_news\/news20.txt\" target=\"_blank\">farm-bill vote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cI believe on June 3rd New Mexicans need to nominate a commonsense conservative who can win in November,\u201d <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Wilson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> said in the release. \u201cWe need a senator who will stand up and fight for our contribution to national security. Steve Pearce was the only member of our delegation to mothball Cannon Air Force Base. He also voted to cut critical funding from our national labs. And last week, Steve Pearce voted against jobs in southeast <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state> and our dairy industry. Senator Domenici and I voted against that Farm Bill, but Steve Pearce supported it. This is going to be a tough election. I have the ability to win where it\u2019s tough to win.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Pearce, like <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Wilson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>, hit hard in the release his campaign sent out after the debate. The release stated that Pearce citied his \u201cperfect\u201d records on pro-life issues and opposing tax hikes at the debate while <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Wilson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> had to explain her support for a tax increase and her votes \u201cagainst the life issues more than half the time last year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201c<st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Wilson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>\u2019s campaign is in desperation mode and it showed this evening,\u201d Pearce campaign manager John Billingsley said in the release. \u201cAfter tonight, we can expect the attacks to get worse, less truthful and more bitter. \u2026 Pearce, however, is surging because he is talking to New Mexicans about the things they face and his vision for the future of <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New   Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state>.
