Early voting is underway and lasts through May 31 in Do\u00f1a<\/st1:placename> Ana<\/st1:placename> County<\/st1:placename><\/st1:place> and around the state for the June 3 primary.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

The main early voting site \u2013 the county<\/st1:placetype> Bureau of Elections<\/a> \u2013 is located in the Do\u00f1a<\/st1:placename> Ana<\/st1:placename> County<\/st1:placename> Government<\/st1:placename> Center<\/st1:placetype> at 845 N. Motel Blvd.<\/a> in Las Cruces<\/st1:city><\/st1:place>.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

The elections bureau is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of the Memorial Day holiday on May 26. In accordance with state law, the Bureau of Elections will offer additional early voting from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 31.<\/p>\n

Additional early-voting sites will open on Saturday, with voting from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday at the following locations:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sonoma<\/st1:placename> Elementary School<\/st1:placetype>, 4201 Northrise St.<\/a> in Las Cruces<\/st1:city><\/st1:place><\/p>\n

\u2022 Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave.<\/a> in Las Cruces<\/st1:city><\/st1:place><\/p>\n

The Branigan Library and Chaparral<\/st1:placename> Wright<\/st1:placename> Park<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place> early-voting locations are new in 2008.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe added the Branigan Library site to make it easier for people to vote in Las Cruces<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> who rely on the city\u2019s bus system,\u201d Bureau of Elections Technician Mario O. Jimenez said. \u201cThe Chaparral site was added so that residents of that community didn\u2019t have to drive all the way to Anthony.\u201d<\/p>\n
