He was followed closely by Reps. <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=205&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Antonio Lujan<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=321&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Jeff Steinborn<\/a>, who both received an 88-percent score.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Reps. <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=186&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Joseph Cervantes<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=316&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Joni Gutierrez<\/a> both received a score of 75 percent, and Sen. <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=276&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Cynthia Nava<\/a> received a score of 71 percent. Sens. <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=261&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Mary Jane Garcia<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=277&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Mary Kay Papen<\/a> and Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=191&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Mary Helen Garcia<\/a> all received a score of 50 percent.
