The ad will start a day after <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aubreydunn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Aubrey Dunn<\/a> became the first Republican Second Congressional District candidate <a href=\"http:\/\/haussamen.blogspot.com\/2008\/04\/dunn-becomes-first-gop-cd2-candidate-on.html\">to air television ads<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Here\u2019s Tinsley\u2019s ad:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><object height=\"351\" width=\"420\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/TTWm22cqlBM&amp;hl=en\"><param name=\"wmode\" value=\"transparent\"><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/TTWm22cqlBM&amp;hl=en\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" wmode=\"transparent\" height=\"351\" width=\"420\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The ad begins with Tinsley talking about growing a small business that owned a restaurant he ran with is wife into the K-BOB\u2019S steakhouse chain of restaurants he owns today. Tinsley points out that he has 30 years of experience in small business and the oil and gas industry, and says he\u2019s proud of that.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cIn Congress, we need more people who understand not only small business, but also our oil and gas industry,\u201d Tinsley says in the ad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Maloney said the Tinsley campaign purchased the ad time from the <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Roswell<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> station a little more than a week ago and \u201ca few hours before Aubrey Dunn did.\u201d He said Tinsley\u2019s \u201cis not a response ad.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Maloney confirmed that the Tinsley campaign plans to run television ads in the <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Albuquerque<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> market beginning in May. When I pointed out that the <st1:city st=\"on\">Albuquerque<\/st1:city> and <st1:city st=\"on\">Roswell<\/st1:city> stations don\u2019t reach <st1:city st=\"on\">Las Cruces<\/st1:city>, the population center in the 2nd District, Maloney said the campaign will run ads in <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Las   Cruces<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> before the June 3 primary but would not provide additional details.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ed Tinsley will become today the second Republican congressional candidate from Southern New Mexico to air television ads.
