According to a news release, they will discuss \u201chow Spaceport <st1:country-region st=\"on\">America<\/st1:country-region> will improve the quality of life in <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">Sierra<\/st1:placename>  <st1:placetype st=\"on\">County<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Voters will decide on April 22 whether to raise the gross receipts tax by 1\/4 of a percent. That would provide a little more than $2 million for the spaceport project and also allow the state to collect a tax in <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">Do\u00f1a<\/st1:placename> <st1:placename st=\"on\">Ana<\/st1:placename>  <st1:placename st=\"on\">County<\/st1:placename><\/st1:place> that was approved by voters last year that would provide about $49 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The town-hall meeting will be held at <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">Hot Springs<\/st1:placename> <st1:placetype st=\"on\">High School<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place>\u2019s gymnasium at 6 p.m. Tuesday. The school is located at <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?f=q&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=&amp;q=1200+N.+Pershing+Street,+truth+or+consequences&amp;sll=37.0625,-95.677068&amp;sspn=34.396866,61.435547&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;ll=33.147397,-107.253578&amp;spn=0.008875,0.014999&amp;z=16&amp;iwloc=addr\" target=\"_blank\">1200 N.
