The results from eight counties and absentee ballots have been counted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">But <st1:city st=\"on\">Las Cruces<\/st1:city>, <st1:city st=\"on\">Albuquerque<\/st1:city> and <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Santa   Fe<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> haven\u2019t been counted. Look for Obama to gain some ground when totals from those areas are included.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">A note: A small percentage of the vote is going to other candidates who appeared on the ballot but are no longer in the race. I\u2019m simply not including them, at this stage, when I calculate percentages, but I will report them in the final results. That will lower the percentages of the vote for Clinton and Obama by a couple of points each.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Another note: We have declared winners in contests across the nation with the exception of New Mexico Democrats and Alaska Republicans.
