The rest of the vote was split between other candidates who have dropped out of the race, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.richardsonforpresident.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bill Richardson<\/a>, who received 2 percent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The party\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmdemocrats.org\/ht\/display\/ReleaseDetails\/i\/1129743\" target=\"_blank\">Web site<\/a> doesn\u2019t say how many ballots were cast in the county, but does say that eight provisional ballots will be considered on Wednesday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first county to report results, tiny Hidalgo County in the southwest corner of New Mexico, has gone to Hillary Clinton.
