Now Mayor Eddie Espinosa\u2019s brother is facing drug charges.<\/p>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kob.com\/article\/stories\/s2043204.shtml?cat=504&amp;utm_source=dlvr.it&amp;utm_medium=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=kob4\" target=\"_blank\">The Associated Press<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cA federal magistrate in Las Cruces denied bond Wednesday for Gilbert Espinoza on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA criminal complaint says Border Patrol agents who stopped him Saturday on Interstate 25 found 113 pounds of marijuana in the gas tank.
