That\u2019s with 1,000 of 1,781 precincts, or 56 percent, reporting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.richardsonforpresident.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bill Richardson<\/a> remains insignificant at 1.69 percent, and the other candidates are doing even worse. Reports indicate that turnout among Iowa Democrats is at record levels.
