Ben Ray Luj\u00e1n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Sources tell NMPolitics.net that U.S. Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/lujan.house.gov\">Ben Ray Luj\u00e1n<\/a>, D-N.M., is considering running for the Senate seat being vacated by Democrat <a href=\"http:\/\/bingaman.senate.gov\">Jeff Bingaman<\/a>, But Luj\u00e1n isn\u2019t saying that.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy focus at this time is on representing the people in my district as we work to turn our economy around, put people back to work, and move New Mexico forward,\u201d Luj\u00e1n said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, that isn\u2019t the same as saying he\u2019s not considering running for Senate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sources tell NMPolitics.net that U.S. Rep.
