His campaign released the fundraising total this afternoon, but it expects more money to come in as a result of the fundraiser.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Teague said, in a statement released by his campaign, that he is \u201chumbled and overwhelmed by the incredible support I have received at my first fundraiser. Clearly, there is a desire for change in (Congressional District) 2, and I am the candidate who can bring that change to <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:state st=\"on\">Washington<\/st1:state><\/st1:place>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Teague is in a crowded Democratic primary that also includes state Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/legdetails.asp?Name=186&amp;Submit=Search\" target=\"_blank\">Joseph Cervantes<\/a> of <st1:city st=\"on\">Las Cruces<\/st1:city>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kisslingforcongress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Al Kissling<\/a> of <st1:city st=\"on\">Las  Cruces<\/st1:city>, Do\u00f1a Ana County Commissioner <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billmccamley.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bill McCamley<\/a> and <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:city st=\"on\">Roswell<\/st1:city><\/st1:place> businessman Frank McKinnon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">On the Republican side, only GOP restaurant-chain owner and rancher Ed Tinsley has formally entered the race, but former Bernalillo County GOP Executive Director <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imbackingbob.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bob Cornelius<\/a> has formed an exploratory committee \u201cwith the intent to run.\u201d Sierra County Republican Party Chair <a href=\"http:\/\/www.earlgreer.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">C. Earl Greer<\/a> and Aubrey L.
