Those proposals include campaign contribution limits, tougher restrictions on lobbyists and creation of an ethics commission that could investigate complaints against public officials and issue opinions on ethical questions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Most members of the legislative subcommittee have been reluctant to embrace ethics reform proposals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The meeting begins at 9 a.m. in room 309 at the Roundhouse in <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Santa Fe<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>.
