According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/lcs\/agendas\/nmfaagesep12.07.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">meeting agenda<\/a>, the group will hear updates on local-government capital outlay projects in <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:placename st=\"on\">Do\u00f1a<\/st1:placename> <st1:placename st=\"on\">Ana<\/st1:placename>  <st1:placename st=\"on\">County<\/st1:placename><\/st1:place> and an update on progress of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spaceportamerica.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Spaceport America<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The group will also hear updates on some statewide issues, including the use of tax increment financing districts for economic development, the activities of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmborder.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">New Mexico Border Authority<\/a> and the planned expansion of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmrailrunner.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rail Runner<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The meetings begin at 9 a.m. both days.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The New Mexico Finance Authority Oversight Committee will meet in Las Cruces on Wednesday and Thursday.
