{"id":2119,"date":"2007-08-20T00:17:00","date_gmt":"2007-08-20T06:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nmpolitics.net\/index\/2007\/08\/voters-in-poll-say-mccamley-has-best-shot-at-pearce\/"},"modified":"2007-08-20T00:17:00","modified_gmt":"2007-08-20T06:17:00","slug":"voters-in-poll-say-mccamley-has-best-shot-at-pearce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nmpolitics.net\/index\/2007\/08\/voters-in-poll-say-mccamley-has-best-shot-at-pearce\/","title":{"rendered":"Voters in poll say McCamley has best shot at Pearce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The majority of those who voted in last week\u2019s non-scientific poll on this site said <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billmccamley.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bill McCamley<\/a> has the best shot at beating U.S. Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pearceforcongress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Steve Pearce<\/a> in 2008.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Of 214 voters, 128, or 60 percent, said McCamley has the best shot out of three announced Democratic challengers to the GOP congressman. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rickbolanos4tx23.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rick Bola\u00f1os<\/a> had 19 votes, or 9 percent, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kisslingforcongress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Al Kissling<\/a> had six votes, or 3 percent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Sixty-one voters, or 29 percent, said Pearce is unbeatable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Don\u2019t forget to vote in this week\u2019s poll, located at the top of the right column on this page.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The majority of those who voted in last week\u2019s non-scientific poll on this site said Bill McCamley has the best shot at beating U.S. Rep.
