One of them has since been indicted in the <st1:street st=\"on\"><st1:address st=\"on\">Bernalillo County   Metro Court<\/st1:address><\/st1:street> scandal and the other was, for a time, romantically involved with the DOT secretary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">It\u2019s an interesting situation, and the appearance of impropriety surrounds it.
