There are 43 or 44 Republican provisional ballots to be considered that could impact the race, County Clerk Lynn Ellins said.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unlikely that all those provisionals will be deemed valid during the canvass that will begin Friday morning, so it\u2019s unlikely that Austin will win.
