Hall<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Ben Hall of Ruidoso won the Public Regulation Commission District 5 GOP nomination today and will face Democrat <a href=\"http:\/\/billmccamley.com\/\">Bill McCamley<\/a> in November.<\/p>\n<p>With 99 percent of precincts reporting, Hall had 36 percent of the vote to Kent Evans\u2019 33 percent, Jamie Estrada\u2019s 21 percent and Robert Maez\u2019s 10 percent.<\/p>\n<p><em>As I\u2019ve disclosed in the past, I\u2019m friends with McCamley.
