Pete Domenici Jr. has 6.41 percent, Doug Turner has 5.13 percent, and Janice Arnold Jones has 1.49 percent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe early returns are coming in as we expected and we remain cautiously optimistic,\u201d a statement from the Martinez campaign said.<\/p>\n<p>In Chaves County, Brian Col\u00f3n leads in the Democratic lieutenant governor\u2019s race. Ray Powell leads in the Democratic land commissioner race. John Sanchez leads in the Republican lieutenant governor\u2019s race. Matt Rush leads in the Republican land commissioner race.
