It\u2019s likely that most absentee ballots that will be cast have already been cast, but absentee ballots can be returned to the county clerk\u2019s office until 7 p.m. Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>In Bernalillo County, some 19,117 Republicans and 15,919 Democrats had voted early and absentee as of Saturday, County Clerk Maggie Toulouse Oliver said.
