COMMENTARY:<\/strong>\u00a0Another missed opportunity for New Mexico.<\/p>\n

On the national stage, Governor Susana Martinez blew it\u00a0again<\/a>.<\/p>\n

During the roll call of states at the Republican National Convention (RNC), a representative of each state\u2019s delegates gets a chance to announce their votes and brag about their state. Some are\u00a0long-winded<\/a>, others are fairly\u00a0humorous<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But they have personality.<\/p>\n

From the RNC roll call, I learned that\u00a0Alabama is home of the Saturn V rocket\u00a0<\/a>that took us to the moon. In Florida, there\u2019s\u00a0600 miles<\/a>\u00a0of pristine beaches. For better or worse, I learned that North Carolina is the\u00a0home state of Billy Graham<\/a>. And I learned that Indiana\u00a0has added<\/a>\u00a0150,000 new jobs since 2013. Maryland dug deep \u200a\u2014 \u200a\u201cThe home of the\u00a0oldest state capitol in continuous use<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

And New Mexico?<\/p>\n
