(<a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by\/2.0\/\" target=\"_blank\">photo cc info<\/a>)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>And in Bernalillo and Do\u00f1a Ana counties, Election Day turnout appears on track to be strong, following the trend of <a href=\"http:\/\/nmpolitics.net\/index\/2016\/06\/for-democrats-and-republicans-its-election-day\/\" target=\"_blank\">high early voting turnout<\/a>\u00a0statewide this year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We had more than 1,000 voters within the first 15 minutes of polls opening,&#8221;\u00a0said Joey Keefe, spokesman for the Bernalillo County Clerk&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Everything is running smoothly so far. No major issues,&#8221; Keefe said.<\/p>\n<p>In Do\u00f1a Ana County, 875 people had voted by 8 a.m., said Chief Deputy Clerk Scott Krahling.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Everything is going good. All our locations are\u00a0up and running. Seems like turnout is following the same momentum of early voting,&#8221; Krahling said.<\/p>\n<p>In Do\u00f1a Ana County, you can track estimated wait times for lines at all voting convenience centers <a href=\"http:\/\/www.electionpeople.com\/dacsites\/tblSites\/Show-TblSites-Table1.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">online<\/a>. And you can vote at the center of your choice.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Theresa Adams of Las Cruces said she was in line at Tombaugh Elementary waiting to vote at 7:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It took longer for the computer to find me and to print the ballot than it did to vote,&#8221; Adams\u00a0said. &#8220;There were few choices of course. So it was an easy process.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Carrie Frey also had an easy time voting in Santa Fe on Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I voted in Santa Fe at Salazar Elementary at 7 a.m.,&#8221; she said. &#8220;Only took about 10 minutes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Erica Ramos voted at Anthony Elementary School in Anthony.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Got there right at 7 a.m., was out by 7:08 a.m.,&#8221; she said. &#8220;Only four people were ahead of me.
