The money in dispute is in a Chinese bank and was frozen in 2005 after the <st1:country-region st=\"on\">United States<\/st1:country-region> accused the bank of helping <st1:country-region st=\"on\">North Korea<\/st1:country-region> launder money and handle counterfeit <st1:place st=\"on\"><st1:country-region st=\"on\">U.S.<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place> money, the news service reported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Meanwhile, <st1:city st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:city> told the news service he was hoping to visit the nation\u2019s nuclear reactor while in <st1:country-region st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">North Korea<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>. Last week, before leaving the <st1:country-region st=\"on\">United States<\/st1:country-region>, <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> said the trip would be only about securing the remains.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The nation pledged today to release the remains of six <st1:country-region st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">U.S.<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> servicemen to the delegation. <st1:city st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:place><\/st1:city> called it a \u201cnoble humanitarian gesture,\u201d the news service reported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">But the impending deadline on the nuclear weapons program overshadowed the visit. Richardson, who is making his sixth visit to the nation, has a long relationship with <st1:country-region st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">North Korea<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> and has had success in the past in negotiations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p> <\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The delegation is scheduled to remain in <st1:country-region st=\"on\">North Korea<\/st1:country-region> until Wednesday, when it will carry the soldier\u2019s remains to <st1:country-region st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">South   Korea<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>. <st1:city st=\"on\">Richardson<\/st1:city> is scheduled to return to <st1:state st=\"on\"><st1:place st=\"on\">New Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:state> on Friday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Though Gov.
