I\u2019ve heard this voiced by other people in the party to me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Herrera hasn\u2019t drawn a primary opponent, but she is facing State Sen. <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.state.nm.us\/LCS\/legdetails.aspx?SPONCODE=SDURA\">Dianna Duran<\/a>, R-Tularosa and a former county clerk, in November.<\/p>\n<p>Former state Elections Director A.J.
